  I like the product but the process was deplorable as I wanted to change the payment method, canceled the order, contacted the seller and was told that eBay was too confusing to understand so I had to pay with cash! Not a good outcome! When I got the package it was over & beyond packed costing me more than it should of, I’ve had 2 trains sent to me before and never over packed like this. Not a good experience at all. The only thing good about this transaction was that the price/ trains were good

  I think you are trying to blame me for your error in payment !! The packaging was of the appropriate size for the itwms and the cost of packaging and express post was born by me and the postage was clearly in the listing, As i am not tied to the computer as some people are , ebay showed it as paid and before I noted the cancellation ebay had already processed the payment and forwarded it tto me , Please review your feedback as your complaints are not warranted , Alan.

  Item arrived promptly but 3 wagons were damaged on arrival - not packed tightly enough and moved around in the box during transit - 2 bogies broken and 3 couplers dislodged - just needed to be packed tighter in the box.Spent 90 mins repairing the broken and dislodged parts - all parts were there and they fixed up well - more padding and pack tighter please - general condition was good except one bogie had been repaired prior and not disclosed in ad - came out okay in the end - not well packed

  That's unfortunate ,never had that problem before. Perhaps someone played football with the parcel . I have a lot of these wagons missed the repaired bogie , but with containers still good value I think ! regards , Alan
