As described. Used for daily entries on nutritional intake. Gridelines make it easier to keep figures in columns

OK as a smartwatch
Good enough if your looking for a smartwatch. Not so good if you want to track a weights workout or run.
2km into a treadmill run snd it's showing a HR of 86 when actual HR was 130.
