  The ITEM was exactly as described & arrived securely packaged & in a timely manner. Shame on me for not being diligent and purchasing form a seller that does not accept returns. The item was purchased to match hardware on a vanity that wasn't delivered. I have no use for item and since the seller does not accept returns, it is useless.

  I did in fact give a full refund to this buyer an allowed it to be returned. I really wish buyers would wait to speak to seller before writing bad reviews.
