Awesome Knife, Great Price!!
I have owned and used numerous (and very expensive) Chef's Knives in my lifetime. That includes expensive forged knives from Henckels, Wüsthof, Sabatier, Dexter, etc.
This Victorinox 10" Chef's Knife is by far, THE SHARPEST KNIFE I have EVER Used. It is scary sharp and I love it. The fact that it costs a fraction of what the "Fancy Knives" cost is an added plus! I'll admit, it isn't real pretty and showy, but it more than makes up for it in Utility and Function!!
