Didn't notify me that they won't be able to deliver until 16:00 on Friday and offered to deliver on Saturday. The driver was not notified that there was no forklift on site, so he was unable to unload or assist with unloading manually. In the end did it on my own. On the whole for £110 delivery charge the delivery company was poor on the communication.
