Easy to swallow and they where packaged an sealed in individual bottles then placed in a nice box for shipping.

I’ve done so in the past and usually I end up spending more.Everything you need is in the bottle.just take as directed on bottle and remember you always save when purchasing product in quantity. I myself purchase the 3 bottle package . As always pair these vitamins up with a quality shampoo and conditioner.The results will speak for themselves. I’m a 65 year old male and couldn’t be more pleased .
