    The seller was great and I have no problems with them. However they used EVRI as the Courier. Delivery was 3 days late and when it arrived and I unwrapped it I found 1 of the tins squashed see attached pictures. Not a happy bunny with EVRI

    This mat was advertised as fleece waterproof, so I imagined it was fleece on on side and had a waterproof base. It does not. It is totally covered by just the waterproof material. Apart from this, it appears to be good quality materials. Well packed, speedy delivery and good comms with seller.

    Seller sent wrong item. I posted incorrect item back with promise of reimbursement of postage. They did not refund the cost of return postage. Seller advised me several days after that he no longer had the item he had promised to send me. Full refund given of initial purchase but I remain out of pocket for return postage and had my time wasted. To be avoided. Very underwhelming and dishonest, lacks basic customer service and decency. Photo proving wrong item and return proof of postage attached.
