Brilliant story, weak recommendations

Brilliant except for the last chapter. Excellent on describing and analyzing how Oxford alumni have come to dominate British politics, particularly a cabal in the last decade or so, but weak on recommending what should be done about it.The last chapter reads like the author felt it should be there, but his heart wasn't in it.
