  I got the item I ordered HOWEVER the packing was terrible..the whole one end of the flimsy box that was used came split open,SEE PHOTO, fortunately the “glass”item escaped damage so the seller says to me see it must of been packed well because it wasn’t damaged, (REALLY !) the base who knows if that fell out and possibly stuffed back in, the split was certainly large enough for that to happen. It’s a Kitchen Aid glass jar blender when I use it it’s not a smooth sound like my other one I had.
