Altig went above and beyond for me when USPS stopped providing updates on status of item. Believe USPS shipped this on a ship to Hawaii, so was out of touch for a couple of weeks. Ended up arriving after an almost three week wait. Altig went out of their way to follow up with Post Office in their neighborhood, much appreciated. Would use them again
