Alternatives to mild
I have a small Ice cream shop and have a fair number of parents who ask for sorbet's and or any other type of frozen treats WITHOUT MILK products.
This booklet has given me the ideas and options to make a series of recipes without milk.
Great ideas, great insights.
Although I have tweaked the recipes to suit my customers, this booklet gave me a very solid beginning.
Highly recommend it.

For someone not knowing the first thing about the art of making fine ice cream, this book is MAGNIFICENT !!!
Highly recommend it to anyone starting up in the business or for making delicious concoctions at home for the family.
Easy to read, easy to follow !

ITALIAN ICE SEMINAR
LOVED THE EASE WITH WHICH MANY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED BEFORE I ASKED THEM.
The learning curve on making Italian Ice was shortened immensely and with great clarity.
Would recommend it to anyone going into the ice cream and Italian Ice business.
