  Bought on 15th. Royal Mail and eBay showed dispatched on 17th. Royal Mail tracking showed on movement as at 21st. Seller not interested - told due to bad weather. Came 24th delived by Evri. Their tracking showed it as being posted on 20th. Seller has now admitted that. Item is not as described - Battery best before March 2023 so not new described (see photo) ; The test leads in item advert did not came, just old leads (see photo) ; Safety 200mA fuse has been deliberately shorted out(see photo) .

  Apologies - confusion re Evri but still arrived in 7 days! The battery was tested and fine, leads also fine. I had forgotten the fuse had been wired, sorry. A good meter for a very low price - £9 if I remember correctly, cost a lot more when new.
