Not bad but has issues!
I bought the new hauwei 20 pre, great phone, tracks steps with amazing accuracy but I don't like carrying my phone all the time. So bought this band, paired them together, which was a doddle and proceeded to go for a test walk with phone and band in hand. It turns out that the phone combines the steps , therefore doubling your step count. Currently doing the 10,000 a day step challenge and thought I had better un-pair the devices as I'd be cheating!!!. Checked with haewei and there is no way round it. Waisted my money as the phone does a better job.

Did not work
I was previously taking these tablets a Chinese doctor to help maintain weight after gall bladder surgery. Saw the same tablets on ebay for a fraction of price so tried them out. Eating the same low calorie foods as I normally do I have gained half a stone in one week when only eating around 1500 calories max. They can't be the same tablets!!!!
