Broke the first day
3 of 3 found this helpful I had absolutely no trouble getting my pressure washer put together and started. I was able to use it for about 30 minutes before I started noticing trouble with the gun that comes with it. After that the gun didn't work at all, the pressure would not release from the hose, due to there being something wrong with the trigger. I contacted the company about the problem and they informed me that I needed to go to a service center. The closest service center to me is almost an hour away. I do not feel like I should have to take it and pay to have it repaired the very first day I get it. I do not recommend this product, not only the cause of the faulty trigger on the gun, but because the service department was very unhelpful. If you pay several hundred dollars for a piece of equipment, you expect it to work for several years.
