Crystal whip
GORGEOUS! Super sparkly! The diamond version description says "gold", but it is not. It's silver metal with white/clear diamond looking stones. EXACTLY what I was hoping it was!

Good but expensive, needs higher mg option and vitamin b added
Works well, but need higher dose. Wish they made 800mg or 1,200mg tablets. Also, vitamin b should be added to it so it doesn’t have to be purchased separately. So they are unnecessary expensive at 400mg each and vitamin b needed separately.

White teeth fast!
4 of 4 found this helpful Use the sensodyne toothpaste before AND after each whitening. Then use the blue mineralizing gel for 1 hour after, do not rinse. Whiten every few days, and there shouldn't be an issue with sensitivity or pain. And I have sensitive teeth! Letting your teeth and gums rest in between treatments is key. Each treatment of 30 min-1 hour whitens teeth a few shades, so you do see improvement fast. Very happy! After 4 treatments, my teeth are about 7 shades lighter! The price is fantastic and the quality is great! I love dark teas and coffee BUT I want to try to keep my results. If YOU want some great dark tea and coffee alternatives that won't stain your teeth, there are: 1: White Tea! Teeth are more tolerant of white tea, which comes from the same plant as green tea, but is minimally processed. Research shows that tea helps prevent cavities and gum disease.
2: Yerba Mate is an antioxidant-rich tea grown in South America. IT’s naturally caffeinated and it’s made of leaves from holly trees in the South American rainforest. It is strong, like coffee, but full of antioxidants and is slightly reminiscent of chocolate.
3: Rooibos Herbal Tea has been called the coffee drinkers’ tea, because it has a nutty flavor. It’s technically a tisane and not a tea, so it doesn’t have the same teeth-staining ingredients that many teas have, so it will have a very low potential to stain.
