Wi-fi

Have been unable to connect to wifi. I was advised to send the device back, but was not given an address. The reply I kept getting was to follow the link to get a label for parcel,as I don't have a printer this wasn't feasible, and the link still needed an address! I'm stuck with a phone that is really not working to its proper capacity Any proper advice would be gratefully received.
