7 of 8 found this helpful If you have a strong tummy then this is for you. Otherwise, you’d be sick! It does what it says it will do- however, it sets the record of number of times you have to go to the bathroom. You can probably take it every other day but definitely not everyday. I gave it 3stars because of the adverse effect on me. I will try doing it every other day and will have a follow up review. Like I said, the product does what it claims to do but you must have a strong tummy to take it.
