Great value for a suitable beginner's violin; use professional rosin and you'll get a MUCH better tone!
The Mendini violins by Cecelio are very cheap Chinese manufactured instruments. They were never designed for a surprising, beautiful, strong and brilliant sound. They were made for those of us who can't afford an instrument of such quality. The sound of these instruments can be enhanced however by using more expensive rosin (which lasts forever!) and using nylon core strings. However, just to get started; this instrument is a great deal and you can always upgrade as the child would need a larger size anyway later. The case is a big plus on this instrument; it's sturdy, soft, well-built and has space for everything you need!

Great book, follows vintage system, PERFECT pricing!
This is a great method book for piano! It follows the John Thompson's vintage Easiest Piano Course system very well! It is brand new but the content has not been changed from the previous books. So you don't have to spend an extra $10 just trying to find vintage books to match the ones you have! Buy the new ones; they're cheaper!!! After completing the John Thompson's Easiest Piano Course Parts 1-8, students will be ready for the John Thompson Piano Course Grade 4 red book. So parts 1-8 are Grades 1-3 piano level. As a teacher I would also mention that after completing the Easiest Course parts, you may choose a different method based upon your learning goals. If you want to remain strictly classically trained, definitely continue on to the Grade 4 red book, if not, choose a method that meets what you are looking for! You will have the perfect foundation after completing the Easiest Course. It's not as "easy" as it says, it trains very well and it quite a rigorous method in my opinion!

Perfect price for a complete language course!
This is an incredible course that covers 3 levels of Italian. It is taught in an interesting, practical way that makes it easy and fast to learn. It comes with audio CDs for all the words you will need to learn to pronounce. I also am using the Living Language French as well! The Living Language series are availabe in many different languages, so just chose all your favorites you've ever wanted to learn and you're off to a great start! The price is also very fair considering the quantity of content! Highly recommend!
