Excellent value for money!!
It was spanking brand New!!! My only problem is with the size of it, it's a beast!I it's also very heavy for a cylinder Hoover, so I have to get my son to carry it upstairs etc, excellent quality and value for money and carpets looked the best they've been since new so all in all for what it does I'm very happy, if you have a bad back and stairs it might not be the best but the quality is superb!!

Not worth the money even half the price!
Hamster chewed through in a week! Had to buy mesh metal panels to cover holes. Might be ok for one who doesn't chew but to be honest it's quite a flimsy material, hard to build and definitely not worth the money due to the materials used, just too soft a wood that doesn't fit together very well, would not recommend!
