Help with menopause hot flushes, recommend!
I found these very good at settling hot flushes. Unfortunately my dogs reached this product before I did and were all over the floor so couldn’t use this batch but I have used this product and still do and find they really help with my menopause’s flushes.

Tape retractable lead not a as good as corded retractable
Is good quality product but personally I found the tape very fiddly and kept getting in a muddle and with 2 large greyhounds it wasn’t ideal. Much prefer the corded retractable. That is just my preference, someone else may prefer the tape to cord.
