  TERRIBLE SELLER ‼️ Sent seller photos of the item, BAB Dracula, with a hole in its leg - stuffing visible, dirty marks on the arm, clothes in awful dirty condition. None of which was shown or mentioned prior to purchase. Seller assured me it was in perfect condition before I bid. Accused me of lying even with photos and that it wasn’t what she’d sent me. Accepted no responsibility and having to go through eBay for help. Left me feedback calling me a liar too. AVOID THIS RUDE SCAMMER ‼️

  The seller and I were able to work this out. After I opened the return request the seller eventually believed me about the Dracula bears condition, that it was in fact the Dracula I’d bought from her and repeatedly apologised. Which counts for a lot! Thank you Amanda. Hope your grandson loves his new teddy whenever he gets it �� I’m sorry we left each other unfair feedback x
