Decent bread tin with really high sides and plenty of capacity
1 of 1 found this helpful I bake my own bread because decent wholemeal isn't available in some parts of the UK. I had a set of smallish tins 1-2lb, but found that I was baking several times a week, or having to fill the freezer and keep hauling new loaves out. Now I can bake a decent sized loaf when we have visitors and it's less likely to overflow the sides of the tin when I try to cram too much dough in!
It's not the heaviest tin, but the edges are snug and well made and the size is stupendous!
Note: if you're not used to large bakes, change your oven temperature don when the loaf is well browned in a hot oven and let it finish at a lower temperature to make sure it's baked all the way through.

Accurate small measure for cooking
Handy little measure for cooking. The smaller size means it's more accurate for booze and expensive stuff.
