  Absolute palaver by Ebay ! Immediately informed buyer battery was faulty . Id even forgotten this was listed. No problem with buyer. Asked to cancel transaction which I attempted three times. No option to ‘send’ ‘submit’ on the page. Automated emails telling me to refun d buyer when the funds were still with Ebay! Buyer asking me to cancel which I tried to explain the system wasn’t allowing me. So buyer without funds trough no fault of his own. Been a user for 20 years. Never known this
