Speed juicing...
Two litres of fresh vegetable juice in under 60 seconds! The only component needing a little effort to clean is the steel filter which comes with suitable brush. The only design improvements I would make are a more downward angled spout. Also, the area which allows the vegetable fibres and pulp to pass into the pulp container should be much wider as it accumulates fibres quickly due to the amount of juicing this size of machine has been designed to produce in one session. It would allow the fibres then to pass easily into the container not blocking the passage.
The juice produced is undeniably high quality as it doesn’t change colour nor oxidise in the jug and tastes absolutely delicious! I haven’t seen any separation or foaming. I juice mostly celery, red and green cabbage, fresh beetroot, cucumbers and ginger with peel and spinach /green herbs in seconds.
Extremely useful for convalescence as it allows for rapid uptake of nutrients for people with impaired digestion due to ill health. I personally have felt the benefits immediately...
