  Gown had a number of marks on it, not in the description, and was not the size it was sold as. Seller refused to accept this and was highly abusive towards me. This continued even after a refund was issued ( NOT initiated by the seller) with the seller making highly inappropriate personal comments towards me. A very unpleasant transaction.

  You manufactured a complaint, sent me strings of messages at all hours (up to 1am), accused me of being dishonest & a liar yet you are the one who has received a refund & you are refusing to return the item, instead you brazenly have it up for auction now under the description ‘Rosie deco gown’ & described as “a lovely gown”. I have made no personal comments, if you can’t hack being questioned about your behaviour then don’t behave like a thief! I’ve reported your abuse of the system to eBay.
