  Item described as mint unused set of 4. So we paid top money for it. However one item had handle glued back on. other was from a different set.Message responses were obtuse. Problems were blamed on packers, but we had a hand written/signed note in the delivery. When another was despatched this was cracked. A £10 refund was given & then a demand for return of items (which was a pres )followed by a message of harassment.A totally bizarre experience that i have never experienced on ebay before.

  I ve been looking for one of these for ages to match a smaller one. Really well-packaged, arrived in good time and in mint condition, exactly as advertised. It was a shame that I was charged £4.50 for postage when it was actually £3.35. Just felt that was a bit dishonest and would make me think twice about buying from this seller again.

  You are an ungrateful person. You should know that eBay charges 16% handling fees on every penny. I buy wrapping paper or bubble wrap. I pay 60pence for every Item to the person who comes to collect from my house.For each item for quick and fast postage. That was nasty horrible act. I do not need you in my shop. I regret selling my special item to you. You didn't deserve that item to be in your house. do not come back to my shop. Because I am going to block you
