A tool for the working craftsman.
This is a tool that will withstand constant use by the full time working craftsman, the drill is easy to use, the controls are in the right place for the average hand, it can be used by left and right handed people. The chuck is positive and holds well without having to be over tightened. The hammer drill facility will work well up to 10mm holes in concrete block or brick, larger than that it will drill but I prefer to use a heavier drill for larger holes. This drill will insert 100mm screws into softwood without pilot holes. This is the second one of these robust series drill I have had, the first one lasted 6 years before it failed, 6 years and many thousands of screws later. My only complaint is that with the 4.0Ah battery the drill is very heavy, the lighter 1.5Ah battery does make it easier to use especially when up a ladder. The old drill that failed needed a new motor as the brushes had worn out, I bought a new motor and fitted it myself and the old drill is back in service. I have been working for myself as a Carpenter and Joiner for over 40 years and have always found Bosch tools to be the most reliable,

Book printed on thick quality paper, in very good condition, good VFM, book clean, looks unread. After 60 years of growing I thought there may be a wrinkle I had not yet tried.

Very functional and safe.
When one handles a product it becomes obvious in an instant that it is well made and that the maker has put some thought and care into the finished article. These snap caps are in this category. I found that the pressure cap spring had a good resistance to being pressed in by hand, which is fundamental to their function. The snap caps fit precisely into the breech with a good rim grip on the extractor/ejector mechanism. They are clearly marked with the calibre and due to their colouration they are not likely to be mistaken for a live round. A first rate product.
