Good - but instructions bad!
This is a perfectly beautiful fan! It exudes luxury and style, and is a talking point for anyone who sees it.
It operates smoothly and the remote control is quick and responsive. However, DO NOT follow the instructions about the part where it tells you to balance the blades by way of BENDING the blades. The blades ARE NOT solidly fitted to the base at the joints and ours has now come LOOSE thanks to these stupid instructions that tells you to try and bend the metal part of the blades to get them to balance. Use the weights instead - much safer.
Overall I would say it's overpriced for what it is, but necessary if you want that look, which we did.
