Very defining, helpful applications & life affirming!
I appreciate the Boundaries education & application materials as much or more the any other, it's right up there with the best life applications, self-help, psychology studies that I have come across {ie: works with the Bible, but will benefit the reader without specific doctrines of faith} Should be read for life application for anyone who feels hurt, offended, frustrated, disappointed,or taken advantage of. Improve your relationships & balance your confidence, self-worth, & regard for others. There is an entire Boundaries Series for helping in specific regards to Dating, Marriage, & Boundaries with Children; all recommended by this loving father, a man of a failed marriage dedicated to building sound relationships & keeping them healthy & functional.
