Amazing, cramps gone in 10-15 seconds.

For years I have struggled with muscle cramps, partly from a knee injury that has affected my right calf muscle. It usually happens when I'm sleeping or lying in bed and suddenly my calf muscle cramps rock hard and I can't move my foot. I have tried a few different salts, and they partly work and take a few minutes of agony to start working. For my last 2 cramps, I have simply dripped about 5 or 6 drops of LyteShow on my tongue and the cramps have eased in 5 seconds and gone in about 10-15 seconds. Sure it does not taste good in high concentrate version, but when you are in cramp agony, you don't care about the taste. That little dropper bottle lives by my bed now.

Great flash trigger

This unit is used to trigger Canon 430ex and 580ex flash units. It is full E-TTL which means that it meters and automatically adjusts each flash unit's power while the shot is being taken. The shots quality is great and consistiently good. It can trigger an unlimited number of 430 and 580ex flash units as slaves. The only reason that I did not rate it as excellent is that it does not have a full manual mode. I like to be in control and there are times when I want to have a manual setting, especially when there are other light sources in the frame, such as a setting sun.
