I admit I ordered the wrong spokes I wanted 2.3mm and thought I had an option but these spokes are two sizes 2.3 / 2mm at ends something that was not mentioned in information and would only have know if you was dealing in bikes. Also as they were classed as custom made spokes a return for refund will not happen so beware when ordering

Steve, to clarify three points. Firstly, the listing does in fact state that the spokes are 13g (2.3mm) / 14g (2.0mm) single butted profile. Secondly, you admitted after the sale that you actually needed 12g (2.6mm) spokes, so you had ordered completely the wrong specification. Thirdly, it would be unreasonable for me to lose stock because of your error. As spokes are custom cut to your desired length, I can no longer sell them to other customers. This is also clearly stated in the listing.
