  The buyer came back with questions about a missing plastic tile mortar guard, which was noted in the original description. They then did realize this was mentioned. I did explain that the guard would be discarded and did not affect installation. I also sent them specific URL links from Kohler regarding installation instructions since they may not have realized how to install the mounting block. I hope all went well and overall they saved lots of money buying this part from me.
