HELP

This worked fine for about 2 weeks and now shows nothing. I recorded a lot of programmes but they won't play either. All I get is a blue screen. I know it's not the aerial because I have it connected to the TV through the box and the TV picks up TV with no problem. Please could you advise or give directions to return. Thanks
