Seller explained it was tricky, needed to be on level surface but wedged at one end! We tried everything but couldnt get it to work. In the end returned it as didn't think the description was accurate. For us it was not a working clock. Seller was able to get it working on return, but clearly its a temperamental item. Seller deducted both lots of postage from my refund which was cheeky. Not happy, but you live and learn
