    Item was packaged well and survived the FedEx trip. Gave 3 stars on description because the unit was missing some case screws in the back and the side screws were not black as is my 5000a unit that this is replacing. The cover looks to have been repainted and has a rough texture unlike my unit that is black and smooth to the touch. The biggie is this unit has came from a heavy smoker environment and should have been disclosed . Unit plays fine and all light/controls/inputs/outputs work. B- rated
