Volume level a bit difficult

This is the second time I have purchased this product or similar, that last one was faultless, I have a few teething problems with this model, volume being the main issue. It seems to be going quiet when I don't need it to. Love the fact I can have 2 phone connected at the same time. Shame I don't know which one is ringing though unless I see the screen.
