    I am not responsible for the carriers that are used.. The postal authorities give you nothing, UPS doesn't respond at all, nor do they honor their refund policies and everything gets blamed on the shipper.. Try to remember that I get no further information from the carriers and I pay 17% to ebay for the privilege to do business with them. Everyone loses and yet, the buyers doesn't get his production and the selllr gets no refunds for the carrier. Not a good situation.
