Big Brother Is Playing
Had the little brother which was fine but when I I hooked it up I immediately heard the difference. I started with Vaughan Williams the Lark Ascending and it was really a lark. You have a sense of immediacy and yes certain subtleties that I did not notice were there. My only caveat is that an item like this deserves a decent instruction book.

A Shoe For All Seasons
This is an all-weather all terrain shoe. When I travel it means I only need the shoes I am wearing unless I go to Venice during flooding. I bough a pair used a few years ago and they are still going strong. They are comfortable and provide excellent support.

good value on traditional unit
I live in Israel and looked for an unlocked quad band that I purchased from an Hong Kong dealer new with shipping and accessories for the price of a bare refurbished unit here. the aluminum unit speaks quality. I have never been in the market for the ultratiniest. I like the big screen and the intuitive navigation. While I originally used motorolas I had moved to nokias and this was a homecoming. I like the clamshell because when I kept the phone in the pocket I was prone to making calls by mistake.
My major complaint is the glass on the top plate that breaks too easily. For non geeks that like a good phone and don't want to pay for unneeded features this is a solid choice
