Stainless Steel rust after installing less than 16 months !

Very disappointed with the Glass Canopy Stainless Steel we purchased back in April 2019 and installed in July 2019, we expected it to last few years without rust but rust started to form less than one year after installation ! We do not live near the sea and hence the stainless steel should at least last without rust for a good few years! The canopy should be manufactured to suit UK weather. We emailed them asking for advice & they advised us to purchase de-rusting formula !! not happy at all with this purchase, poor quality.
