Shark IZ300UK Silver Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner

Convenient and easy to use

Being cordless the Shark IZ300UK is easy to use and move about. The suction is good. I use it on its lowest power most of the time and get around 40 minutes run time which is enough to do my whole house. The boost setting uses lots of battery and using that all the time uses the battery in about 10 minutes (but I've not had to use boost much at all). The flexibility of the handle is great and I've managed to hoover all the way under our beds for the first time in years. It's easy to empty. I've only had to pull stuff out once, whereas with my old corded Vax air max I had to do it every time. That said the bin is not that big on the shark, but it might be hair wrap feature that helps make our dogs hair more compact in the bin. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and at least 3 of them moult a lot and I've used the shark regularly since getting it and not had to remove any hair from the brush. I'm really pleased with the hair wrap feature. I read lots of reviews and watched loads of YouTubes about the cleaner before getting it and would agree its really important to clean the filters and brush head regularly. The brush on mine doesn't get hair wrapped around it, but dirt does collect in some areas that could affect the suction if it's left. It is really easy to clean though. I really like the shark, because it's so easy to use, it's clean to smoke and as it's cordless it's not a chore to use.
