The seller responded to my enquiries extremely quickly when my order had not appeared to have arrived at the click and collect store and was in no way responsible for the problem. The item was delivered new, but unboxed, so not as advertised in the photos. I had bought this as a gift. I messaged the seller on day of delivery and explained this, asking for the packaging to be sent on, and they agreed but said they do this to reduce their p&p costs. They need to make this clear from the start. Over a week later and I am still waiting for the box. Quite disappointed.
