SAME AS ABOVE
It took me half an hour to find the right side of the micro b. finally i have to force ...literally force through in my mobile phone socket in order to charge. my phone was dead and thats why i needed this cable which led me down badly. then to crown it all, i found that micro b's right side identification mark of 4 or five cable prongs, by which one identifies that this is the right side which will safely enter phone's micro socket, is marked upside down....that is on the wrong side...which is manufacturing defect. Other side of the cable..The USB was ok as it went in without any fuss and the cable was was also ok. now if anybody else try to charge my phone or their phone, they can very well damage the phones badly as they will be sure that that was correct side of the micro b without realising that it wrongly marked. So i wrote an email describing all these facts and told them that this cable is worthless to me, so kindly replace it and check it before posting that everything is in order. i get the reply through ebay that they will refund the money so send back the cable. It is sheer coldness and cruelty as far i can see. i am in a condition ..i cant repack and go to post office which is i mile down the hill and i definitely cannot climb back. so i let it go as a worthless transaction and effort. so i just let it go but boy ...am i angry over their callousness. i am now looking for a new cable..Jay
