  Such a great mug & makes it really special with the personalisation!! My grandaughter will love it. It's great quality & came well packaged. After 2 attempts with Royal Mail it arrived damaged twice & Gav sent it with another courier & 3rd time lucky I received it all intact. He went over & beyond to rectify the issue. Its in great condition & definitely worth the money!! I will definitely buy from Gav again!!
