  Such a great mug & makes it really special with the personalisation!! My grandaughter will love it. It's great quality & came well packaged. After 2 attempts with Royal Mail it arrived damaged twice & Gav sent it with another courier & 3rd time lucky I received it all intact. He went over & beyond to rectify the issue. Its in great condition & definitely worth the money!! I will definitely buy from Gav again!!

  I had a bit of a problem trying to order this myself but when I got in touch with Gaz he was more than helpful and sorted it out for me the mug arrived today and I'm really pleased with the quality my niece is going to love it would definitely order from him again thanks again
