Not as quiet as I'd thought
Wanted a fan to work from home, and bought this one due to reviews saying it was quiet. Having not used a fan before I can't say it's quieter than others, but it's not my idea of quiet. The sleep mode makes a mechanical noise in between the bursts of action and I certainly couldn't sleep with it in the room. I have put some music on but even on low it's louder than how loud I would turn up the music for work.
Also not sure what the difference is between natural and sleep mode yet, they seem to do the same thing, which is to alternate between blowing air and making a mechanical noise.
But the air that it blows is indeed cooling. And I guess it will be fine if only using once in a while when temp is to high to work.
Though like I said, I have nothing to compare with. Maybe I'm expecting too much of something at that price.
