High maintenance and very heavy
I’ve only owned this buggy for 2 weeks which was purchased brand new and it’s given me all kinds of issues. Firstly, it’s very heavy and big. I get stuck it doorways, it’s too big to take on a bus and although it collapsed easily it’s hard for me to lift it and carry from the car into the house or even lift an inch off the ground for 2 or 3 paces. The padding on the crotch strap just falls off every time you unbuckle the belt and so I stopped using it altogether as I got tired of picking it up off the ground after about 3 days of use and the shoulder straps don’t stay in position whatsoever, so they are pointless as well. Also, after a week and a half of use the pram started shaking if I picked up my pace pushing it (on smooth sidewalks, which is all I’ve used it on so far) and I called the seller and they told me it probably needs to be cleaned by taking off the wheels and washing them and spraying inside the wheels and flipping the pram upside down and spraying thoroughly. I told them I’ve only used the pram a handful of times and only had it 2 weeks but apparently it’s normal and I need to “maintain it” by taking the wheels off and doing a big clean and spray inside of it every 4-6 weeks. I would like a refund.
