Disappointed
4 of 5 found this helpful Tried these as I’d read good reviews. Didn’t make any difference at all. I’d combined with healthy eating and exercise and still lost weight as slowly as I’ve always struggled with over the years. Didn’t feel any different no extra energy even after I’d taken 2 a day for few days. Bit gutted seen as the reviews were good but lost a pound in a week or so. I can lose weight but I’ve always struggled I think I have a super low metabolism was hoping these would help boost that but they didn’t. I gave them a go but for me they literally made no difference - no side effects just as though I hadn’t taken anything at all. Lost £10 unfortunately no where near that amount in actual weight that I need off being 2 stone overweight at the moment following back problems - gutted!
