  Dear Seller, today I opened the parcel. I was delighted until I reached the bottom of the seemingly secure package where I saw the broken cup. Perhaps put padding between the items to prevent a breakage when packing. Delivery people just don't treat parcels carefully enough. Anyway, I just wanted to give you feedback.
