Once works for 15 minutes

I just received this product and fully charged it. Tried to use it and it only lasted 15 minutes. Then when I tried to charge it that didn’t work and it just flashed a fault light. Waste of time buying refurbished dyson. Not worth the hassle. Wish I’d just bought full price.
