  The seller was quick to act when asked to find out why the item hadn't arrived and was willing to refund once it was found to be lost in the postal system, But as the seller should have checked if all mailed items had reached those sent to and acted to fix without being prompted by the buyer, the tone of the messages was one that came across as not really wanting to deal with this matter.
